Applied is pleased to introduce Shamra Zogg, a Teamcenter Administrator on our growing PLM Services team. Shamra provides customers with first-line technical support for Teamcenter and helps fill in knowledge gaps with user training.
As a Teamcenter Administrator, she assists customers by maintaining their environment and takes actions necessary to keep products moving throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, she can make data model changes which help keep the Teamcenter environment in line with a company’s specific business needs.
Shamra also assists with Data Migration and has experience in data cleaning and data analysis in support of Data Migration projects to Teamcenter.
Shamra got her start in the PLM field at an early age, watching her mom at work as a Teamcenter Architect. While she’s not providing technical support for our Teamcenter customers, she is continuing her education, studying mechanical design technology and manufacturing engineering technology.
Based in Oshkosh, WI, in her spare time, Shamra enjoys reading and listening to music.
