This course is based on real world use, and presents tasks programmers face in their day-to-day work. Our team works with NX every day in dual roles, helping run the rapid prototyping fabrication shop for Sherpa Design, and providing support for Applied CAx software clients.

$2450 for 4-day core training (optional 5th day add'l $575)

This nearly week-long course taught by Predictive Engineering and Applied CAx takes the user from the ground floor through FEA best practices. It then moves into advanced subjects dealing with manifold and non-manifold surface modeling, detailed plate meshing, and tet versus hex meshing.

The optional final day on Friday will finish with a focus on customization and automation using Excel and FEMAP’s own API interface for an additional $575.

The course will be fast paced and follow a workshop format with theory, practice and Q&A sessions.

    This course focuses on basic and intermediate uses of modeling, assemblies, drafting, sheet metal applications, and synchronous modeling techniques. This course is based on real world use and identifies tasks designers and engineers face in their day-to-day work.
